The value for money at the hotel was exceptional with modern rooms, a great view and excellent cleanliness. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the restaurant had a creative chef and attentive waiters.

The room had stunning views of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering us tips on what to see and do in the area. We also appreciated the modern amenities in the room, such as the electronic window shades and color-changing lights.

Access to the hotel was difficult, as the elevators in the parking garage were not available after hours, making it a struggle to get our bags up to the 27th floor. the bathroom, while visually appealing, was not very private with its glass walls and lack of sound-proofing.

This hotel offered a stunning view of the city. The location was fantastic— right in the middle of the city centre with plenty of shopping and dining options. The bed was very comfortable and the heated floor in the bathroom was definitely a plus during the chilly winter days.

The hotel lacked a 24-hour reception desk. Arriving late at night made finding the entrance to the hotel somewhat confusing and challenging.
